TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of goods from Diletta Nobile. Please review carefully, as your purchase of products will be controlled by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, do not purchase products on this website.
Payment
We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards such as Visa,
MasterCard and American Express. Your transaction will be processed
through Shopify.
If you wish to purchase any product made available through the website
(each such purchase, a “Transaction”), you may be asked to supply certain
information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your
credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing
address and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT
THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR
OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY
TRANSACTION.
You grant to Diletta Nobile the right to provide information you provided in
connection with the Transaction to third parties (such as Shopify) for
purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on
your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the
acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction
Order Cancellations (Only Within 24 Hours of Order)
Please note that cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you
place your order. After 24 hours, no cancellations are permitted.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Diletta Nobile within 24
hours of your order at the following points of contact: info@dilettanobile.com
Return/Exchange Policy (Only Within 14 Days Of Receipt)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your article or Diletta Nobile items, we want
to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return your Diletta
Nobile items for store credit or a full refund only within 14 days of receipt and
with all original packaging, and our Jewelry Concierge will help you find the
replacement(s) or help you receive a refund. Items must be shipped no later
than 15 days after receipt.
If you have ordered your item(s) with our pre-order option, please contact us
at info@dilettanobile.com and we will be happy to help you.
IMPORTANT: Items that show signs of wear or that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. In addition, items that you have kept for more than (14) days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be shipped no later than 15 days after receipt. NOTE: For all exchanges or returns, you will pay the new national and international shipping charges to send you your new item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue pre-printed labels for returns on orders at this time. You will be responsible for the shipping costs necessary to return the item to us in order to receive stock credit for any exchange. Please follow the following instructions for domestic and international orders:

Our Jewelry Concierge will send you an email confirming your return or exchange and provide you with further personalised information. Pack up your item and send it back to us. Keep your tracking information at hand, just in case.
Shipping Policies for Orders
Shipments are generally processed within two (2) business days of your
order. We offer free shipping for all products on our website over €70, as
detailed below.
All orders will be processed as they are received. If an item is sold out, our
Jewelry Concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Estimated delivery times for items not currently in stock can be between 1-5
weeks. If the item is ready before the scheduled window, the item will ship as
soon as it is complete.
International Orders
o All international orders are shipped via UPS; there is no free shipping or
expedited shipping available for international orders. The cost of shipment
will be calculated and provided for you at checkout.
o Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are not included in the total at
checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the
destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment
of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free
threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
Payment of any duties and import taxes are the only responsibility of the
recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
o Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our Jewelry
Concierge can work with you to estimate your order.
o Any international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non-
refundable. Customers will also not be refunded the shipping cost in the
event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.
o If your country is not available to receive an order shipment, please
email info@dilettanobile.com and we will assist you.
If an order is sent back to Diletta Nobile due to insufficient or incorrect
address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled or customer will
have to pay for shipping again for any further delivery efforts requested by
the customer.
We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and
handed over to the vendor for shipping. Thus, please make sure all
information is correct before completing your order.

Dealer of jewelry. Diletta Nobile takes your privacy very seriously. We are
committed to protecting and safeguarding the privacy of visitors to our
websites including mobile versions of our website (“Sites”).
This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way Diletta Nobile uses and
